• Travel Booking Cancellation: You may request to cancel your travel booking within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. For bookings involving international travel or customized itineraries, please refer to your confirmation details for any additional requirements.

Refund Eligibility

• Defective Services: Should any component of your travel service be defective, notify us within 7 days of your travel commencement to request a refund, repair, or alternative arrangements.
